1. Description of Services

This service and website is a private, third-party technical and administrative service provider assisting travelers with filing for the European Travel Information and Authorisation System (ETIAS).

DISCLAIMER: We are an independent private entity and are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, operated by, or connected to the European Union, the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex), eu-LISA, the ETIAS Central Unit, or any national government or immigration authority of any European Schengen Area member state.

Our services encompass:

  • Providing a user-friendly, secure online portal for data entry.
  • Reviewing submitted information for completeness, logical formatting, and obvious errors prior to transmission to the official ETIAS system.

Note: The final determination to approve, reject, or delay any ETIAS application rests solely and exclusively with the ETIAS Central Unit and the competent national authorities of the relevant Schengen member state.

2. User Eligibility & Declarations

To utilize our services, you confirm and warrant that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/legal guardian to apply on behalf of a minor.
  • Hold a valid, unexpired passport issued by a country whose nationals are eligible for visa-exempt travel to the Schengen Area and thus required to obtain ETIAS authorization.
  • Will provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal, passport, employment, and travel details.
  • Acknowledge that submitting false or fraudulent information may result in application denial, revocation of travel authorization, and potential legal consequences under applicable law.

3. Fees & Payment Terms

EU ETIAS Fee: The European Union levies a mandatory statutory fee for every ETIAS application (where applicable based on the applicant's age).

Service Fee: We charge an additional operational service fee to cover our digital platform maintenance, document checking, customer support, and status monitoring.

Price Transparency: The combined total cost (statutory EU ETIAS fee plus our service fee) is clearly itemized prior to final checkout.

Secure Payment: All payments are processed securely through trusted, encrypted payment processing gateways.

4. Application Processing & Approval Decisions

We make reasonable efforts to process and submit applications to the official ETIAS system in a timely manner. However, exact turnaround times are dictated by the ETIAS Central Unit and Schengen member state immigration systems.

  • Utilizing our service does not guarantee ETIAS approval or entry into the Schengen Area.
  • An approved ETIAS merely authorizes a traveler to board a carrier bound for the Schengen Area; final admissibility is determined solely by border guards at the Schengen external border upon arrival.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by EU/Schengen government server maintenance, administrative security holds, or incorrect data supplied by the user.

5. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Pre-Submission Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order and seek a refund of our service fee only if our team has not yet processed and submitted your application data to the official ETIAS system.

Post-Submission: Once your details have been transmitted to the ETIAS Central Unit, all statutory EU fees and service fees become non-refundable.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our contact form and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use & User Responsibilities

When accessing our platform, you explicitly agree not to:

  • Supply fraudulent, misleading, or stolen identity details.
  • Misuse our portal for unlawful purposes, including attempts to breach site security, introduce malicious code, or gain unauthorized administrative access.
  • Fail to review your application summary for accuracy prior to payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

This service and site shall not be held liable for ETIAS rejections, entry refusals at Schengen borders, canceled flights, missed connections, or financial damages arising from decisions made by EU or national government authorities.

We accept no liability for service interruptions or processing failures resulting from force majeure events, government downtime, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of our service is strictly limited to the amount paid for our service fee.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We process your personal information in strict compliance with our Privacy Policy. By utilizing our portal, you consent to the collection, transmission, and processing of your personal data as necessary to complete your ETIAS application.

9. Third-Party Services & External Links

Our platform may link to or integrate third-party websites, external software, or online tools (including payment processing gateways and helpdesk platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, security, or content of these external third parties, and your usage of such tools is entirely at your own risk. Third-party vendors who process user data on our behalf do so under compliant data processing agreements.

10. Intellectual Property

All design elements, software, brand assets, text, and visual content on this website are the intellectual property of our company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any site content without prior written consent.

11. Modifications to Terms

These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete legal understanding between you and this service regarding your use of our platform and service offerings.

15. Region-Specific Provisions

The following regional provisions apply additionally to consumers located in specific geographical jurisdictions. In the event of a direct conflict between these region-specific provisions and the general terms above, the regional provisions shall prevail for users residing in that jurisdiction.

15.1 European Union (EU) Customers

  • Data Privacy Rights: In addition to general data protection practices, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR – Regulation 2016/679) applies to personal data collected from EU residents. Cross-border transfers of EU data outside the European Economic Area rely on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
  • Consumer Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers generally possess a 14-day statutory right of cancellation. However, if you explicitly request us to begin processing your ETIAS application immediately, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once performance of the service has actively commenced.
  • Withdrawal Notice: To cancel prior to processing, send a notice using our contact form stating: "I/We hereby revoke my/our agreement for the provision of the EU ETIAS assistance service ordered on [Date], Name: [User Name], Address: [User Address]."
  • Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may refer dispute claims to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or bring proceedings before the courts of their home Member State.

15.2 United States (US) Customers

  • Disclaimer of Warranties: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE US LAWS, OUR SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
  • California Resident Rights: California residents possess specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. We do not sell personal information. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users may reach out to the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
  • Informal Dispute Resolution: Prior to commencing formal proceedings or arbitration, you agree to submit a written description of your dispute using our contact form and engage in good-faith informal negotiation for at least 60 days.
  • Binding Individual Arbitration & Class Action Waiver: Unresolved disputes shall be settled through individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in class actions or consolidated proceedings. You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of first using the platform by submitting written notice to our support team.

15.3 Rest of World

For users residing in countries outside the explicitly named regions above, mandatory local consumer protection laws shall apply to the extent they cannot be contractually excluded. Statutory rights regarding local cancellation windows, local data protection complaints, or local dispute access remain preserved.
